Woman, lady, female, mum, wife, sister, cousin, aunt, friend, HR specialist. Love keeping in touch with people around the world – my friends and family – using social media – so far and yet so near. Fingers in a few pies – I’m an HR specialist at Embrace HR; promote health and wellbeing because work, play and wellbeing go hand-in-hand at Embrace-Wellbeing, Aloe Vera products.

Born in Zimbabwe, I’ve lived in England now longer than I’ve lived in my home country. My Dad was from Cape Town and my Mum, although born in Zimbsbwe, her parents were from St Helena, the island in the South Atlsntic where Napoleon was exiled. My siblings and I and our cousins have a rich background and we are still researching our history!

For many years I’ve long wanted to write but have kept puting it off. I’ve been encouraged to write and am starting in this small way. Thoughts. Simple. Later, my memoirs!
